We offer many DaCozee sizes to fit your lifestyle, SOS (short one size), AOS (average one size), TOS (tall one size), and GOS (tall one size) and GCS (grand custom size) - we will fully cusomize your DaCozee. See Sizing Chart Below:

What If I Want To Cancel My Order?
At DaCozee, we work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible. Because our shipping team begins processing right away, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

How Are Returns Handled?
Products are eligible for return if they meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery

Unused, unworn, and in original packaging

All tags and protective coverings remain intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Important Note: Due to the artisinal dyeing process, color variations may occur between individual products. Slight differences in color are considered normal and are not eligible for return.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Does DaCozee Accept Returns on Custom Products?
Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

The product arrives damaged or defective

The product contains a manufacturing error or does not match the specifications provided during the order process.
How Long Is The Return Processing Time?
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges from the original purchase will be deducted.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Does DaCozee Accept Exchanges?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

Follow the return process above to send back the original item.

Indicate your desired exchange in your return request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
How Does DaCozee Manage Damaged or Defective Items?
DaCozee takes product quality seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described:
Contact info@dacozee.com within 7 calendar days of receipt. Include your order number and photographs of the damage or defect.
Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost, including return shipping. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Claims will not be accepted for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
