How Many Sizes Does DaCozee Offer?
We offer many DaCozee sizes to fit your lifestyle, Tall (6" to 5'6"), Medium (5'5" to 4'7), and Youth (4'6" and below).
Over 6", we recommend customization for the full DaCozee effect, plus we can help you design it!
Each DaCozee will show which sizes are available for that particular style. The sizing is approximate and based on pre-sewn measurements.
What If I Want To Cancel My Order?
In an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, our shipping team begins processing orders very soon after they are placed. As such, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team with any further questions. Does DaCozee Offer Repairs?
Yes, we're so sorry to hear that your item was not delivered in perfect condition or that you were a bit frisky in your DaCozee! Let's get this sorted out for you right away. We'll take care of you! Either with an exchange or repair for you. We will repair custom items too.
Our team will be happy to repair your DaCozee within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Due to regulations, items must be unused. As always, sign in to your account to check on the status of your order.

How Are Returns Handled?
Our Client Service Team will ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to make sure the return fits into the criteria. We will send you a return shipping label that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a USPS or your local country postal system.Please note that the return label we send you does not cover the return costs, other than in the rare instance of manufacturers defect. You will be required to pay for your own return costs at the Post Office when sending your return item back to us.
Does DaCozee Accept Returns?
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for incorrect color or size ordered. Due to regulations, items must be in new and unused saleable condition, with the original, DaCozee pillow, ribbons and packaging with tags attached. If returning without a receipt, DaCozee will issue an e-store credit based on the lowest selling price for the returned merchandise. If your item was shipped, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost. Custom orders or altered items are not eligible for return. As always, sign into your account to check on the status of your order.

How Long Is The Return Processing Time?
Refunds on the returned item(s) will be immediately issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should appear as a credit in your account within 1–2 billing cycles depending on your financial institution.
Does DaCozee Accept Exchanges?
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Due to regulations, items must be in new and unused saleable condition, with the DaCozee pillow, ribbons, polybag, and tags attached. All exchanges will be issued an e-store credit. How Do I Take Care Of My DaCozee?
Our DaCozee"s are made to be durable enough for the washing machine. Machine-wash in COLD water with regular detergent. Detergent pods are not recommended. Avoid fabric softener. Line dry, or use Air Fluff setting in dryer. For best results, wash alone.
